OK, so we grilled it & it had a different flavor, but we decided maybe it was too much lime juice for us. The meat was very tender though and I picked up another one!

Flat Steak, skirt steak, flank steak
OK, so I went to the store on Saturday & on my list was skirt steak. I saw this recipe with flank steak that I wanted to make http://www.recipegirl.com/2008/09/05/lime-marinated-flank-steak/ but had heard good things on the food network recently about skirt steak. So, they didn't have either & the butcher suggested that I try flat steak. He had nothing but great things to say about, he prefers it over some other cut blah blah blah...So, I bought one & we'll grill it over the weekend.
