Aarti! I loved her & she really was my favorite all the way through this season! I missed the finale last night b/c I was watching Big Brother. Also, the past few weeks it's been nice to watch The Next Food Network Star Monday night when there's nothing on & I can speed through teh commericals on my DVR! Anyways, I couldn't wait another minute to see who won so even though I've not watched the last episode, I just saw on Foodnetwork.com that Aarti won! YEA...so happy for her! really was happy with all three of the final three, just really was rooting for Aarti! Always sad when the season is over though! I will watch her show and will be anxious to try some of these Indian recipes!
